    I am a big admirer of the super seeds, too. I have chia and hemp seeds regularly. However, when I tried flax seed powder in my smoothie it made it unpleasantly thick.

    I’m loving chia and hemp seeds at the moment. Puddings, smoothies, salads… They seem to make it into my diet pretty much daily
